Greenbelt’s Thermal Desorption Unit (TDU) is a 10T/Hr indirect – fired thermal desorption unit suited for the treatment of oil based mud (OBM), recovering the oil / water contents and inerting the solids.Our TDU currently installed at our Warri Facility was designed and built by Global Thermal Solutions LLC, Monticello, FL. with mobile capacity to be deployed to any location. GTEL TDU is designed to efficiently recovers the oil and water contents of oil based mud by heating the waste and condensing the hydrocarbon vapours generated.The processes use for waste treatment leave very little environmental footprints as recovered oil and water are reused. - Water Based Mud Treatment/Dewatering unit
Spent water based mud and effluents from client locations are treated using our Dewatering unit which employs the processes of flocculation and coagulation.
