
Greenbelt Tropical Environs Limited (Company) is an environmental consultancy & waste management firm, petroleum product haulage, fire & safety equipment service and supply company accredited by the Federal Ministry of Environment, the Department of Petroleum Resources and the National Oil Spill Detection and Response Agency located in Port-Harcourt, Nigeria. We offer our services to industry and government in an area that is fast emerging as a litmus test for the survival of any enterprise.

It is the company’s policy, through the compliance with all applicable legislations and standards, to conduct all its activities in order to pursue the following principles:
- Prevent damages to property and loss of assets due to accidents.

- Avoid and minimize adverse effects of the company’s operations on the environment including the control of pollution.
- Respect the interests and needs of neighbors and the surroundings.
- Require those contractors, subcontractors, and all parties working on their behalf to be fully in compliance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental requirements.
In order to fulfill these principles, the company has developed the QHSSE Integrated Management System (QHSSEIMS) that systematically identifies, assesses and manages all the HSE aspects related to its activity.
The company is committed to ensuring high standards of health, safety and environmental protection; these aspects required to have equal prominence with other business considerations in the decision-making process.
To maintain and improve this policy, the company will define and implement HSE objectives and targets that will be reviewed annually.
The overall responsibility for compliance with these Health, Safety and Environmental principles lies within the company’s management.
The company will ensure that all personnel are aware of their health, safety and environmental responsibilities and are properly trained to undertake them diligently.
The company policy is widespread and well known to all employees and available to the public and interested parties.
The company will ensure that the necessary human and financial resources will be provided to fully support the implementation of this policy and seek the continuous improvement of company’s HSE performance.
